In early July I had the opportunity to visit Amy on Seneca Lake. We spent a marvellous few days catching up on the years and sharing our more recent Eastwest Somatics and dance activities.

(I also intended to join a somatics conference but unfortunately covid finally found me and I instead spent a week ill in a hotel room. I’m grateful for the support of Amy and Abdel, and Sarah through this very isolating experience).
