Eco-somatic improvisations in Chemung.

My work with Eastwest Somatics Institute continued in Elmira, NY this month beginning with presenting at our conference about my research on ”Eco-somatic practices and action competence for ecological anxiety.’ During the four day workshops that followed, I was very happy to teach alongside Amy Bush and Michelle Ikle with a wonderful group of somatics practitioners working towards certification in our work. Sharing some of my eco-somatic practices and opening discussion to share insights within this community is marvellous, and follows on from our June online workshops with Kelly Lester and Michelle Ikle too. Thank you to all the participants in the conference and workshops.
